Bush #3 is a privately owned earth dam located in Carroll, Tennessee, along the Tribreedy Creek. Built in 2003, this dam serves multiple purposes including fire protection, stock, and a small fish pond, with a storage capacity of 469 acre-feet. The dam stands at a structural height of 35 feet and stretches 1300 feet in length, with a surface area of 324 acres.

Despite being classified as having a low hazard potential, Bush #3 is considered to have a moderate risk level (3) according to a risk assessment. The dam features an uncontrolled spillway and has not been inspected since February 2016, with an inspection frequency of every 5 years.
