Garden Valley 10, also known as Rose Valley, is a local government-owned dam located in Buffalo City, Wisconsin. Built in 1966 by the USDA NRCS, this earth dam stands at a height of 42 feet and serves primarily for debris control and flood risk reduction along the Rose Valley stream. Although categorized as having a low hazard potential, Garden Valley 10's condition assessment was found to be unsatisfactory in 2015. The dam's inspection frequency is set at 10 years, with the last assessment conducted in 2014.
