Rhonda is a private irrigation dam located in Campbell, Wyoming, along the Peak Draw river. Built in 2004 by designer Hugh Lowham, this earth dam stands at a height of 30 feet and has a length of 745 feet. It serves multiple purposes, including irrigation, fire protection, stock, and small fish pond maintenance, with a storage capacity of 103 acre-feet.

With a low hazard potential and fair condition assessment, Rhonda is regulated by the Wyoming State Engineer's Office and Department of Environmental Quality. The dam has a controlled spillway width of 100 feet and one outlet valve. In the event of an emergency, the dam has not yet prepared an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) but is inspected every 5 years to ensure its safety and functionality.

Despite its moderate risk assessment, Rhonda provides important water resource management for the surrounding area. With its strategic location along County Road and proximity to Congressional District 00, Wyoming, this dam plays a vital role in sustaining agricultural activities and safeguarding the local ecosystem. Climate and water resource enthusiasts will find Rhonda's design and operational details intriguing, as it showcases the intersection of engineering, environmental regulation, and emergency preparedness in water infrastructure management.
