Enl. P3-2 is a privately owned earth dam located on Bones Draw in Echeta Road, Wyoming. Built in 2008 by designer Shawn Higley, this dam serves multiple purposes including fire protection, stock watering, small fish pond, irrigation, and other uses. With a height of 40 feet and a length of 450 feet, Enl. P3-2 has a storage capacity of 68 acre-feet and covers a surface area of 4.08 acres.

Despite its low hazard potential, Enl. P3-2 is currently in poor condition as of the last inspection in August 2017. The dam features an uncontrolled spillway and a single valve outlet gate. While the risk assessment deems the dam's risk as moderate, there is room for improvement in its condition assessment. Climate and water resource enthusiasts may find Enl. P3-2 an interesting case study for its multiple purposes and the challenges it faces in maintaining its structural integrity and safety standards.
