Bartlett High School Cross Country Ski Trails in Anchorage, Alaska is a popular ski resort with a range of trails suitable for skiers of all abilities. The best trails are reportedly the 5K and 10K loop trails, which offer scenic views of the surrounding Chugach Mountains. An interesting fact is that the ski trails were originally established in the 1970s by the Anchorage School District as a way to promote fitness and healthy lifestyles for students. For beginners, a good suggestion is to start on the 1K loop trail, which is easier and less hilly than the other trails. For après ski, Moose's Tooth Pub & Pizzery is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike, offering craft beer and delicious pizza.
