Cascade Mountain is located in Portage, Wisconsin, and boasts a vertical drop of 460 feet. The resort offers 47 trails, with most of them being intermediate, making it an ideal destination for intermediate skiers. The resort has four terrain parks with varying levels of difficulty, making it a great spot for snowboarders. In terms of beginner skiers, the Bunny Hill is an excellent place to start. An interesting fact that few people know is that Cascade Mountain was the first ski resort in Wisconsin to have a snowmaking system. For apres ski, the Lodge is a great spot with live music, drinks, and food.
