Roads and structures near lakes and rivers will continue to see high water levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 518 PM EDT, Emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. - Little to no additional rainfall expected through Thursday before more rain chances build Friday into Saturday.
