White Butte Cross Country Ski Trails is a great ski resort in Saskatchewan that boasts of 15 km of well-groomed trails. The best trails for experienced skiers are the Black and Orange loops, while the Yellow and Blue loops are perfect for beginners. An interesting but little-known fact about the resort is that it was founded by a group of cross-country skiers in the 1970s who wanted to create a community of like-minded individuals. For beginners, it is recommended to take the Yellow loop as it offers a gentle introduction to cross-country skiing. The best apres ski bar is the Creekside Bar & Grill, which offers a warm and cozy ambiance and great food and drinks.
