About the Area


The Arizona Snowbowl ski resort is located in the San Francisco Peaks mountain range in northern Arizona. The highest peak in this range is Humphreys Peak, which is also the highest point in Arizona at 12,633 feet. The ski resort itself is situated on the western slopes of the San Francisco Peaks, offering skiers and snowboarders stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The ski area features a variety of terrain, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced runs, as well as terrain parks for freestyle enthusiasts.

The resort is known for its breathtaking views of the San Francisco Peaks and its diverse range of ski trails. The best trails at the resort include the Ridge Trail, Humphreys Peak Trail, and Sunset Boulevard.
