Lower Lone Pine Campground is located in the Sawtooth National Forest in Idaho, about 15 miles southwest of Stanley.

The camping area offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and is located near the Salmon River, which provides excellent fishing opportunities. Other nearby points of interest include the Redfish Lake Recreation Complex and the hot springs along the Salmon River. The campground features 14 first-come-first-serve campsites, each equipped with a picnic table and fire pit. Vault toilets and potable water are available on-site. The best time to visit is from June through September when the weather is warm with average temperatures ranging from the mid-60s to mid-70s during the day and dropping into the 30s at night.
