There are no reservations or permits required, and there are no fees. Campsites have picnic tables, fire rings, and access to pit toilets, but no water or electric hookups—bring your own water. The area is forested and peaceful, ideal for tent camping or small RVs (no hookups). Located near the Superior Hiking Trail and multiple inland lakes, it’s perfect for hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing. Best visited late spring through fall for mild weather and vibrant scenery. Quiet, scenic, and off-grid, it’s a great escape into nature.
