There are no established campsites—campers choose spots along the river or near forest roads. No reservations or permits are required, and camping is free. Amenities are minimal: no toilets, no drinking water, and no hookups. Some sites have fire rings; picnic tables are rare. RVs can access the area via gravel roads, but it's best suited for tents and smaller rigs. Enjoy fishing, wildlife viewing, and access to nearby trails like the Thompson River Trail. Best visited May–October for mild weather and clear mountain views.
