Firehole Canyon Campground, located along Wyoming’s Flaming Gorge Reservoir, offers established campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, pit toilets, and drinking water.

RVs are welcome, but there are no hookups. Reservations are recommended via Recreation.gov during peak season (May–September); fees apply. Nestled in a dramatic desert canyon with red cliffs and clear blue water, the area offers stunning views and a quiet, remote vibe. Activities include boating (with a nearby boat ramp), fishing, and hiking. Dispersed camping is also allowed in surrounding BLM land. Best visited in late spring through early fall for warm weather and water access.
