A Section


This is an extremely popular commercial, private and fishing section of river just below the base of the Flaming Gorge dam.  During summer months, the put-in ramp is one of the busiest ramps in the west.

Suggested river levels for paddling this section of the Green River are between a bare minimum of 800cfs and a high of 8,000cfs. River conditions sourced from USGS 09217000, the Green River Near Green River Remember only watercraft are permitted at A Section.
