Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 941 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Moderate to heavy rainfall is forecast to occur in the advisory area overnight and into Christmas Day, resulting in flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
