Wommer #1, also known as Lake Simpatico or Forest Lake, is a privately owned dam located in La Plata, Colorado. This earth dam was completed in 1952 and primarily serves the purpose of water supply, with additional benefits for fish and wildlife conservation, recreation, and irrigation.
