Davis Pond Dam, also known as Bayon Pond Dam, is a private dam located in Laurens, South Carolina, along TR-Simmons Creek. Built in 1960, this earth dam stands at a height of 21 feet and has a storage capacity of 75 acre-feet. The primary purpose of the dam is for recreation, offering a surface area of 8 acres for leisure activities.

Managed by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC), Davis Pond Dam is regulated, permitted, inspected, and enforced by the state agency to ensure its safety and compliance with regulations. Despite being classified as having a low hazard potential, the dam is rated in fair condition as of its last assessment in September 2017. With a history dating back to the mid-20th century, the dam continues to provide recreational opportunities for visitors in the area.

The dam's emergency action plan (EAP) was last revised in 1994, and its inundation maps and risk assessment are currently not available. Although there have been no modifications or major incidents reported at the dam, regular inspections are conducted every 5 years to monitor its condition and ensure the safety of surrounding communities. As a vital structure for water resource management and recreation in the region, Davis Pond Dam serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining and monitoring infrastructure in the face of changing climate conditions.
