Fannings Pond Dam, also known as Landing Homeowners Assn Dam, is a private earth dam located in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Completed in 1950, this dam has a height of 30 feet and a length of 1035 feet, with a primary purpose of recreation. Despite its low hazard potential, the dam is currently in poor condition as of the last inspection in July 2017.

Situated along the TR-CAW CAW SWAMP, Fannings Pond Dam is regulated by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) and undergoes regular inspections every 5 years. The dam has a normal storage capacity of 114 acre-feet, with a maximum storage of 124 acre-feet, providing water resource and climate enthusiasts with a recreational space covering an area of 10 acres.
