Big Delaney is a privately owned earth dam located in the Skull Creek Oil Field in Weston, Wyoming. Built in 1970 by designer James T Fletcher, this structure serves the primary purpose of irrigation for the surrounding area. The dam stands at a height of 25 feet with a hydraulic height of 20 feet and a length of 235 feet, providing a storage capacity of 45 acre-feet.

Despite its age, Big Delaney is in fair condition with a low hazard potential according to the last inspection in 2017. The dam features an uncontrolled spillway and a single slide gate outlet. It is regulated, permitted, inspected, and enforced by the Wyoming State Engineer's Office, ensuring its safety and compliance with state standards.
