Lula is a privately owned earth dam located in Johnson County, Wyoming, specifically in the city of Arvada. Built in 1963, this structure serves multiple purposes including fire protection, stock watering, and small fish pond maintenance. With a height of 35 feet and a hydraulic height of 30 feet, Lula has a storage capacity of 81 acre-feet and a normal storage level of 50 acre-feet. The dam spans 278 feet in length and has a surface area of 5 acres, with a spillway width of 20 feet.
