Purdy is a privately owned earth dam located in Arvada, Wyoming, along the South Fork Crazy Woman River. Built in 1966 for irrigation purposes, this dam stands at a height of 30 feet and has a storage capacity of 766 acre-feet. With a surface area of 53 acres, Purdy serves as a vital water resource for the surrounding area, providing water for agricultural activities.
