Kimberley Nordic Centre is a cross-country ski resort in British Columbia, offering over 35km of groomed trails for all levels of skiers. The best trails include the Kimberly Trail, which is perfect for beginners, and the North Star Trail, which is a challenging loop for experienced skiers. The resort is located in the Purcell Mountains and has a rich history of mining and logging. An interesting fact is that the ski resort was originally a logging camp and was transformed into a Nordic Centre in 1984. For beginners, we recommend taking a lesson from the knowledgeable instructors, while the best après ski bar is the Stemwinder Bar & Grill, offering delicious food and drinks with a cozy atmosphere.
