Tenney Mountain ski resort in New Hampshire offers 45 trails for skiers of all levels, with the best trails being Upper Flying Goose and Lower Flying Goose. An interesting historical fact is that Tenney Mountain was once the home of the first rope tow in the United States, which was installed in 1934. For beginner skiers, we suggest trying out the Learning Area, which includes six easy, designated beginner trails. The best apres ski bar at Tenney Mountain is the Flying Goose, which offers a cozy atmosphere with local craft beers and delicious food.
