This historic cabin is reservable through Recreation.gov, with a nightly fee and no walk-ins allowed—advance reservations are required. The site includes a picnic table, fire ring with grill, pit toilet, and non-potable water (bring your own or treat nearby creek water). RVs are not recommended due to limited access and no hookups. It’s ideal for hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing, with nearby trails and scenic Johnson Creek. Best visited June–October, weather permitting. Only the cabin is available—no established or dispersed campsites nearby.
