The Upper James Campsite is a serene camping area located in the heart of the Clearwater National Forest in Idaho. This camping area offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The area is surrounded by the Bitterroot Mountains and the rugged Clearwater Mountains.

The campground offers numerous amenities, including picnic tables, fire rings, vault toilets, and potable water. The campground is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and there are 10 campsites available.
