The campground offers spectacular views of the surrounding forest, as well as fishing and boating opportunities at the nearby Chippewa Flowage. The campground operates on a first-come, first-serve basis with 24 campsites available. The best time to visit is from June to August, with average temperatures ranging from 70°F to 80°F during the day and 50°F to 60°F at night.
