Up to 12 inches or more can be expected in the Park Range north of Rabbit Ears Pass. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph, strongest early in the event. * WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass, Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow Range, and The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the Indian Peaks. * WHEN...Until midnight MST tonight. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult across the mountain passes, especially through early this afternoon when the bulk of the snow will fall.
