Lake Linka No. 1, also known as Lake Linka Dam, is a local government-owned structure located in Pope County, Minnesota. Built in 1972 by the USDA NRCS, this earth dam serves primarily for flood risk reduction along the Chippewa River East Branch. Standing at a height of 32 feet and stretching 300 feet in length, Lake Linka No. 1 has a storage capacity of 72 acre-feet and a surface area of 175 acres.
