Billings Lake Wpa 1 Dam, also known as Billings Lake Dike, is a federal-owned structure located in Cavalier, North Dakota. Constructed in 1977 by the Bureau of Reclamation, this earth dam serves as a Fish and Wildlife Pond, with the primary purpose of supporting wildlife in the area.
