Duck Fork is a state-regulated water resource located in Sanpete, Utah, with a primary purpose of recreation. Constructed in 1978 by the USDA NRCS, this earth dam stands at a structural height of 46 feet and a hydraulic height of 41 feet. It has a storage capacity of 1030 acre-feet, with a normal storage level of 850 acre-feet, serving a drainage area of 3.6 square miles.

Managed by the Utah Division of Water Rights, Duck Fork has been inspected regularly, with the last assessment conducted in August 2019.
