Lox is a federally owned dam located in Natrona, Wyoming, along the South Fork Cave Gulch river. Completed in 1966, Lox serves multiple purposes including fire protection, stock watering, and small fish pond creation. The earth dam stands at a height of 35 feet with a hydraulic height of 31 feet, providing a storage capacity of 67 acre-feet and a normal storage level of 40 acre-feet.
