Restoration Pond B is a privately-owned earth dam located in Johnson, Wyoming, along Offstream Willow Creek. Built in 1980 by designer Jerry A. Jelinck, this structure serves a primary purpose of "Other" and stands at a height of 25 feet with a hydraulic height of 12 feet. With a length of 1550 feet and a storage capacity of 20 acre-feet, this pond covers a surface area of 2 acres and is regulated by the Wyoming State Engineer's Office.

Despite its low hazard potential and fair condition assessment, Restoration Pond B poses a high risk due to its proximity to populated areas. The dam has undergone inspections every 5 years, with the last assessment conducted in August 2017. While it lacks a spillway, outlet gates, or locks, this structure remains vital for water resource management and climate resilience in the region. As water resource and climate enthusiasts, we must advocate for regular maintenance and risk management measures to ensure the safety and sustainability of Restoration Pond B for future generations.
