Temple Mountain is a small ski resort in New Hampshire with 45 acres of skiable terrain. Although the resort is small, it has a good mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced trails. The best trails for advanced skiers are the Steeps and Double Diamond. The resort has a unique history as it was originally built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. For beginner skiers, the Lower and Upper Meadows are recommended. The resort has a cozy lodge with a fireplace and a restaurant offering comfort food. For the best apres ski bar, visitors can head to Harlow's Pub in nearby Peterborough, which has a wide selection of craft beers and live music.
