Risk of hypothermia and frostbite is unusually high, especially for vulnerable populations like the elderly, children, those that do not have ready access to adequate heat, or are outdoors and not taking actions to mitigate these conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold conditions will continue beyond 1 PM Saturday.
