Camping is dispersed only—no established campsites—so come prepared to be self-sufficient. No permits, reservations, or fees are required. There are no toilets, drinking water, fire rings, picnic tables, or hookups, and RV access is limited due to rough roads. The area is forested, quiet, and scenic, ideal for solitude and fishing, with nearby trails including the Continental Divide Trail. Best visited from late June to early September for clear access and mild weather. It’s perfect for backcountry campers seeking remote beauty and alpine lake views.
