Winds could gust as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Sierra Slopes. * WHEN...From 4 PM Tuesday to 4 PM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Strong winds could cause tree damage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels will start out on Tuesday and Wednesday above 8000 feet and fall to around 6000 feet Thursday and Friday. Several periods of heavy precipitation are expected within the Tuesday through Friday time frame.
