Jimmy Lewis Dam, also known as Pinnacle Rock Dam, is a state-owned structure located in Mercer, West Virginia along the Bluestone River.

Completed in 1965, this earth dam stands at a height of 33 feet and spans 320 feet in length. With a primary purpose of recreation, the dam provides a storage capacity of 524 acre-feet and covers a surface area of 18 acres, making it a popular destination for water resource and climate enthusiasts.
Managed by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, the dam is regulated, inspected, and enforced by the Division of Water and Waste Management. Despite its high hazard potential, the dam has been assessed to be in satisfactory condition as of October 2016. Regular inspections are conducted every two years to ensure the safety and integrity of the structure.
