Glenn Camp, nestled in the Angeles National Forest near the East Fork of the San Gabriel River, offers 10 first-come, first-served developed campsites—no reservations or fees required, but an Adventure Pass is needed for parking.

Summary

The campground has vault toilets, fire rings, picnic tables, and no potable water—pack in your own. No RVs or hookups; tent camping only. Surrounded by chaparral and oak woodland, it’s peaceful and lightly trafficked. It’s a 3.5-mile hike in from the trailhead, making it ideal for backpackers. Close to Bridge to Nowhere and Heaton Flats trails, the best time to visit is spring or fall for mild weather and flowing creeks.
