accumulations up to 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Frazier Mountain Communities, Grapevine, Piute Walker
Basin, South End of the Upper Sierra, and Tehachapi.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Snow levels will be between 4000 and 5000
feet. Total snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches above 5000 feet and 2
to 4 inches between 4000 and 5000 feet. Winds will gusts to
between 35 and 45 mph.
* WHERE...Northern Ventura County Mountains, Santa Barbara County
Interior Mountains, and Southern Ventura County Mountains.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Snow levels will be between 4500 and
5500 feet. Total snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches above 5500 feet
and 2 to 5 inches between 4500 and 5500 feet. Winds will gusts to
between 35 and 45 mph.
* WHERE...Eastern San Gabriel Mountains, Interstate 5 Corridor, and
Western San Gabriel Mountains and Highway 14 Corridor.
* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Mojave Desert Slopes.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The greatest impact will be along US highway
395, and State Routes 14, 58, and 178.
