Nestled in a stunning high-alpine meadow on the Timberline Trail, Elk Cove offers breathtaking views of Mount Hood and wildflower blooms in summer. Popular with backpackers, it’s serene, remote, and best visited July–September when snow has melted. Nearby trails include the Timberline Trail and connections to the Pacific Crest Trail.
