East Willow Creek D-2, also known as Fishbaugher On Co.Road, is a flood risk reduction structure located in Fillmore County, Minnesota. Owned by the local government, this earth dam was completed in 1957 by the USDA NRCS and is regulated by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
