East Willow Creek D-2, also known as Fishbaugher On Co.Road, is a flood risk reduction structure located in Fillmore County, Minnesota. Owned by the local government, this earth dam was completed in 1957 by the USDA NRCS and is regulated by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The dam stands at a height of 28 feet with a structural height of 32 feet, providing storage of 398 acre-feet and serving a drainage area of 2 square miles along Willow Creek.
