Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An Atmospheric River will likely bring widespread moderate to heavy rain to the area today. Heaviest most widespread rain is expected through this evening. Peak rainfall rates of 0.50 to 1 inch per hour are expected. There is a potential for locally heavier hourly rainfall rates to develop with convection embedded in the main rain band or in thunderstorms after the main band passes.
