Golden #2 Pond, also known as Martin Reservoir, is a private water supply structure located in Garfield County, Colorado, near Glenwood Springs. Constructed in 1996 by designer John Reeves, this earth dam stands at a height of 14 feet and has a storage capacity of 24 acre-feet. The primary purpose of Golden #2 Pond is to serve as a water supply source, with a normal storage capacity of 16 acre-feet.

Despite its relatively small size, Golden #2 Pond plays a crucial role in providing water for the surrounding area, with a maximum discharge capacity of 480 cubic feet per second. While the dam is classified as having a significant hazard potential, its condition is assessed as fair, with regular inspections conducted to ensure its safety. The dam features two outlet valves and a spillway width of 12 feet, although there are no associated locks on the structure.

Golden #2 Pond, nestled in the Fourmile-OS river basin, serves as a vital water resource in the region, supporting various water supply needs. Its strategic location and design make it an essential asset for water management and climate resilience efforts in the area, showcasing the importance of private water infrastructure in sustaining local communities and ecosystems.
