Davis Lake Dam #3, also known as Cole Dam #3, is a private earth dam located in Hart, Georgia, within the Hartwell Lake community.

Built in 1974 by the Soil Conservation Service (SCS), this 30-foot tall dam serves multiple purposes including fire protection and creating a small fish pond. With a storage capacity of 125 acre-feet, the dam covers a surface area of 9 acres and has a length of 615 feet.
This low hazard dam is not state regulated but undergoes regular inspections, with the last one conducted in March 2017. The dam features an uncontrolled spillway and outlet gates, and is designed with a buttress core type on an unlisted/unknown foundation. Despite being classified as having a moderate risk level, the dam's condition assessment is currently not rated.
