Babb Pond Dam, also known as C Gray Hipp Dam, is a private earth dam located in Laurens, South Carolina. Built in 1971, this recreational dam stands at a height of 21 feet and has a length of 460 feet. It has a storage capacity of 70 acre-feet, with a normal storage level of 42 acre-feet and a surface area of 7 acres.

Despite its low hazard potential, Babb Pond Dam is currently in poor condition, as indicated by a 2017 assessment. The dam is regulated and inspected by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC). The primary purpose of the dam is for recreational use, and it is situated on the TR-Bullet Branch river or stream.
