Ski Plattekill is a family-owned ski resort in New York, known for its challenging terrain and beautiful views of the Catskill Mountains. The best trails for expert skiers are Plunge, Blockbuster, and Freefall, while beginners should check out the gentle slopes of Bunny Buster. A little-known fact about the resort is that it was once a dairy farm before being converted into a ski area in 1993. For beginner skiers, it is recommended to take a lesson with one of Plattekill's experienced instructors. The Last Run Lounge is a popular apres ski spot, where visitors can enjoy a drink and live music in a cozy atmosphere.
