The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some of the highest peaks of the Catskills will have ice accumulations up to one quarter of an inch. Lower elevations and areas east of the Catskills will see a shorter period of freezing rain this morning before precipitation transitions to rain.
