Bretz Campground is located in the San Bernardino Mountains in Southern California at an elevation of 6,500 feet. The campground offers scenic views of the surrounding mountains and is close to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and fishing at nearby Lake Arrowhead. The campground has 26 campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, and vault toilets. Reservations are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day and the campground is first-come-first-serve during the off-season. The best time to visit is from May to October with average temperatures ranging from 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 50 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit at night.
