No reservations or permits are needed, and fees are required (cash/check only). Amenities include vault toilets, picnic tables, fire rings/grills, and non-potable water—bring your own or treat from nearby sources. RVs up to 30 feet are allowed, but there are no hookups. Set in a quiet, forested meadow with tall pines, it’s a peaceful, rustic experience ideal for horseback riders and hikers. Nearby attractions include Nelder Grove and Lewis Creek Trail. Best visited late spring through fall when access roads are open.
