Parsons, also known as Carter Creek Reservoir, is a privately owned water resource located in Grand County, Colorado. Built in 1952, this earth dam stands at 30 feet high and serves primarily for irrigation purposes, with a storage capacity of 140 acre-feet. The reservoir covers an area of 8 acres and has a drainage area of 4 square miles, with a maximum discharge of 203 cubic feet per second.

Managed by the Colorado Department of Water Resources, Parsons has been deemed to have a low hazard potential and fair condition assessment.
